Promoted exclusively through a single billboard in Hollywood, which remained there for over 5 years; The Room steadily gained a cult following, eventually receiving the high honour of being regarded “The Citizen Kane of Bad Movies”.

The Disaster Artist (based on the award-winning book by Greg Sestero & Tom Bissell) tells the mysterious story over how such a film ever got made and paints a portrait of the enigmatic and downright bizarre Tommy Wiseau.
